Incredible Six Figure Build and Multiple Award Winner!
“Honey Bagger” was built in 2012 by Steel Kustoms out of Oakdale Pennsylvania and has gone on to win some of the most covenant awards in the custom bike circuit. Starting life and titled as a 2006 Harley Davidson Road Glide, what you see today has graced the covers of magazines such as Baggers Magazine and PPG Repaint Reporter. PPG also used the “Honey Bagger” as their ad for the 2012 Olympics. Awards consist of Best Of Show at Ohio Easyrider and Best Bike Overall at the 2012 Detroit Autorama. The engine is a 96 Cu. In. Harley Davidson Twin Cam with bored cylinders, flowed heads, cams and fuel injection that was built and tuned by Roll on Cycle. The motor was custom powder coated grey along with the transmission, wheels, front end, controls, pipes and rotors. The transmission is a 6 speed HD case with aftermarket gears. A BDL clutch and a BDL 2 inch primary drive with PM mid-controls machined into the primary and machined pulley covers. Front suspension consists of Ness Lowers with forking by Frank Tubes and the rear is a progressive air ride setup. Both wheels are custom made from Couture Wheels with the front measuring 26x3.5 and the rear 18x5.5. All bodywork you see is formed from steel. Front and rear fenders, fender struts, inner faring, crash bars, exhaust pipes, air cleaner, horn cover, saddle bags, gas tank, frame inlets and covers are all sheet metal formed from scratch by Steele Kustoms. Behind the custom bars from Sinnister you will see an integrated Ipad that controls the stereo which consists of 4 speakers, 2 amps and 2 8” subs. The unique color is a PPG base with loads of metallic. Not only does it look incredible, it rides just as well. This isn't just a show bike. It was made to ride. With an actual build cost over $100,000, this award winning, one of a kind “Honey Bagger” is guaranteed to bring home trophies and be one of the baddest bikes around.
